Shipping Policy

We now ship to over 200 countries worldwide and take great care in delivering your products to you. We partner only with reputed and reliable National and International courier companies.

SHIPPING METHOD – INDIA

  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
  • Shipping fee of INR 200/- is charged on all COD orders
  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
  1. Since every piece is made to order, you will be sent a mail as soon as the order is received and will also contact you to confirm the same.
  2. Since each artisan’s process is unique, we try to dispatch the order within 6-7 working days.It could vary according to the Shipping address.
  3. NO EXCHANGE on customized orders.
  4. Our courier partner, will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday(excluding Public Holidays): 10 Am to 6 Pm.
  5. Address change will only be accepted if order has NOT been shipped from the warehouse.
  6. Email address must be mentioned in each and every order for smooth communication.
  7. As soon as your package is shipped, you will be sent an email containing your tracking information.
  8. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will fully help in tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivery partner’s end.
  9. If customer refused to accept ONE COD orders after that only prepaid orders will be accepted.

SHIPPING METHOD – INTERNATIONAL

  • We charge INR 1500/- for shipping on all International orders.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT accepted for International orders.
  • We accept payment via debit/credit card.
  • Prices are EXCLUSIVE of custom duties.
  • Prices are NOT inclusive of custom duty.
  • We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 10- 15 working days but delay in delivery can be caused due to customs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a time frame for the same.
  • Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / Fedex. All transit times are Monday to Saturday.
  • Contact details must be correctly entered which should include Country code and Zip code.
